The Real Oggi
Meet the Oggi Pro: Get to Know Tricia

What are you passionate about?

Doing well in all areas of my life (job, parenting, sports, cards…you name it!)

What’s the best part about working at Oggi?

The high energy and flexibility. It’s easy to come to work—even on a Monday I do not dread coming in. I also enjoy working for a smaller company, and the “family” feel that comes with it.

What is the best professional advice you have ever received?

“You are able.” It is more of a statement, not advice, but it opened my eyes to the fact that a Partner in a large company recognized my ability to lead our meeting and appreciated it.

What was the hardest job you have ever had and what did you learn from it?

The hardest job I had was transitioning into a Manager role. Instantly, you are responsible for a group of people, as opposed to yourself and your work. I learned that hiring good people is step one to success.

What the Oggi Values Mean To Me

What does Grit mean to you and Oggi?

Grit means having the ability to work through challenges. We are met with difficult problems and situations every week and having grit shows that we don’t just recognize the issue—we develop and implement solutions.

How does Oggi make an impact every day?

We make an impact by bringing people together that we know will complement one-another (client/candidate) and we help make good people hires without our clients spending hours of time searching for individuals to interview. It is our job to give time back to our clients and candidates by lining up great matches for both sides.

Does the Oggi team have passion? How does it show?

Absolutely – it shows through our work and time we spend with each of our clients and candidates to ensure they understand what the need is and how we can help.

Vibe—what is the vibe around Oggi? What does that mean for your clients?

The vibe is great. I’ve been here for almost 2 years, and there is not one day that I have missed someone smiling or laughing. Our team brings that positive vibe to client visits as well. If we enjoy what we do, then we will do better work for everyone we touch.

Why is stewardship so important to Oggi culture?

Stewardship is important because we learn the Oggi way from those who were here first. We also believe it is important to give back in any way we can!
