Oggi partners with Gravie for employee benefits. You can shop for and buy health, dental, vision, supplemental medical, health savings accounts, and life insurance through Gravie.

Retirement Plan (401K)

Employees are eligible to participate in Oggi’s 401k Plan after completing one year of employment in which at least 1,000 hours were worked. Enrollment occurs in January or July following the 1,000 hours and one year of employment.

Employer Dollars

Short-term employees may be eligible to receive additional income (“Oggi Bucks”) to help offset the cost of health insurance. This benefit will become available on the first of the month after eligibility requirements have been met, and you are not a dependent on another plan, or have coverage through Tricare, Medicaid, or a different state program (If you do have coverage, please notify Oggi).

Note: This compensation is considered additional income and is taxable to you.

Paid Holidays

Short-term employees, who have worked on assignment for 480 hours and meet eligibility requirements, will be paid for the following holidays:
